Return Policy

1. Return regulations

◼️ Return policy is only applicable to items purchased at websitewww.lynvn.com, not applicable for items purchased at stores

◼️ If you want to return your purchase, you may request to return the producton website within 14 days from the date of receiving order (include Sat, Sunand Public holiday).

◼️ Return request:

• LYN only accepts return on full-price products (not applicable todiscounted products) in case the customer is not satisfied withproduct.
• LYN accepts return on discounted and full-price products in case theproduct is defective, missing accessories, damaged during transportationor does not match the ordered product.

2. Return conditions

◼️ All products must be in original condition, unused with original tags,accompanying accessories (if any) and purchase invoice.

◼️ If the product does not meet conditions of Return Policy, the product willnot be accepted and will be returned at your cost.

3. Return process

You can request return via following methods:

◼️ Online channel

• Fill out all details inREFUND REQUEST(order number, email). Select the product you want to return, state thereason and attach 4 - 5 images of each size of product. Once completed,you will receive a confirmation via email
• Pack the product with an invoice in original packaging to the address asbelow. Customers should return the product via couriers that can track theshipping status. LYN will not be responsible for loss or delay of anyreturn package.

• After receiving your return package, LYN will review and verify yourreturn request along with the product. If the request meets the returnpolicy, our customer service will email you a confirmation.

• Customer service will contact and send you instructions via email onceyour request has been approved

4. Refund method

◼️ For orders paid by ATM/ Debit/ Credit card: You will receive a refundequivalent to the value paid at website www.lynvn.cominto your account within 14 days from the date LYN receives the returnedproduct and accepts your return request. Delivery costs and any otherexpenses besides the product cost are not refundable in case the customer isnot satisfied with product or change mind.

◼️ For cash on delivery (COD) orders: 

• You will receive a discount code equivalent to the value of the productyou paid at websitewww.lynvn.comwithin 7 days from the date LYN receives the returned product and acceptsyour return request. Delivery costs and any other expenses besides theproduct cost are not refundable in case the customer is not satisfied withproduct or change mind.
• Discount code has a validity period of 30 days, only applicable whenpurchasing online (not applicable in store). The excess amount will not bereturned if you purchase another product of lower value.
