When would I receive my discount code?
You will receive a discount code of the amount that you have paid to use on www.lynvn.com within 7 days from the date we accepted your return product.
You can use this code to purchase another product on www.lynvn.com with the same amount or less. Excess balance will not be refunded. This code cannot use to purchase at offline store.

Delivery fee 40,000 VND for the order amount less than 1,500,000 VND (all area)
How many days would I receive the product?
Delivery in Ho Chi Minh City usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation or takes 5-7 working days for Ha Noi City excluded public holidays and weekends.
Remark:
During public holidays or long holidays the products the product delivers may take a longer time than specified on the website.
We deliver products through third-party service providers who are not stakeholders in an operation, neither a business partner nor contractual companies
How could I check the delivery status?
You can check the delivery status in various ways

What if I am not available when products are on arrival?
You could notify the delivery staff about the date or time for your convenience of product receiving when you are contacted for delivery confirmation or you could contact our delivery team for cooperation in prior delivery arrange CLICK HERE.
What to do if I do not receive the product?
If you do not get contacted by the delivery staff or do not receive the products within the notified period, please kindly check with our staff CLICK HERE.
Note : We just allow to return full-price product only (do not allow to return product on discount)
Product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
Only products purchased online at www.lynvn.com are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
Faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping.
Incorrect items shipped.
All items must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with original tags and receipt.
Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
If product does not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
We recommended all returns to be sent via a method that allows tracking. LYN will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.

After the returned product package received and inspected you would have a confirmation email.
We would inspect and inform you of the inspection result of the returning product as soon as possible via email and you could check the returning product status by contacting us CLICK HERE.
Product returning/ exchange through the LYN’s Stores
Bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store to the counter at any branches of LYN store, within 30 days from the date on the receipt.
Our staff will check the product if it matches the return/exchange condition.
The return form will be filled in the system by our staff. After this process is done, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your product matches with the return/ exchange condition, you can exchange to another product with the same amount or less. Excess balance will not be refunded
Consistently clean and polish your footwear as often as needed. Our footwear maintenance methods are following:
For plastic-based footwear products, clean them with a damp towel then use a dry cloth to rub the droplets. Not forget to mention, try to leave it away from sunlight
For leather-based footwear products, wipe away any dirt residue then apply a leather-care product for finishing.
For the insoles, rub them with damp towel then hang in a well-ventilated area
When your footwear products are completely dry, keep them away from sunlight
Once your footwear products are cracking or damaged, get a new pair right away from LYN!
Bag maintenance
Always keep your beloved bags in a well-ventilated area
If you are bored with the old LYN bags, squeeze some paper or find clothes then put inside to avoid your bags from misshaping. You may put your bag in a dust bag to prevent them from dust
Keep your bags always from direct sunlight or a humid place. If it is unfortunate that your bags went through the rain or got strains, immediately wipe and clean them with a towel to avoid permanent damage. Then hang them in a well-ventilated area and do not forget to put a moisture absorber inside your bags
