1. Delivery Time

◼️ Orders in Ho Chi Minh City: expected delivery within 2 - 3 working days

◼️ Orders in other Cities/ Provinces: expected delivery 3 - 5 working days


- Courier works from Monday to Saturday, does not include Sundays and Holidays

- During sales promotion, delivery time may take longer than expected on the website.

- All orders purchase in website will not include paper bags


2. Delivery Fee

◼️ Orders less than 1,500,000 VND: Delivery fee 40,000 VND

◼️ Orders from 1,500,000 VND: Free delivery


- Currently LYN Online only delivers within Vietnam area

- Delivery fee applies to all provinces and regions


3. Tracking Order Status

Customer can track order through following methods:

◼️ Method 1: Log in to your account on website and view order status in "My Account" 

◼️ Method 2: As we start packing the order, we will send you a shipment confirmation with delivery information and a link to track your order. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is updated.

◼️ Method 3:  Check order status through courier’s website (Ninja Van) with the tracking ID as your order (VNLYNOVNxxxxx)

4. Remark when receiving goods

◼️ LYN Online has a co-checking policy upon delivery. Customers need to check before receiving the goods

  • Check the package: the packaging box is intact, not torn and has no signs of being opened; Tape with LYN logo shows no signs of being opened or patched
  • Check the product: intact labels, complete price labels; Correct product code, color, size and quantity according to the order. Product testing is not allowed for footwear, accessories and cosmetics.

◼️ For force majeure cases where you cannot check when receiving the goods, please record a video clip when opening the package. If problems arise, video will be a tool to help compare and verify with third parties

  • Video clip/ Photo of the package's appearance: Box shape, sealing tape,...
  • Photo of package label showing order code
  • Video clip from the beginning of opening the package to checking the product inside the box
